- All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure timely arrival
Compliance with German Law
All services are provided in accordance with applicable German regulations, including:

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, roadworks, weather conditions (e.g. heavy snow), accidents, or force majeure events.
We will make every reasonable effort to provide the service as scheduled; however, no liability is accepted for delays caused by external factors.
Passengers must ensure their phone is switched on and reachable at all times to allow communication regarding pickup or delays.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the total amount is charged
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location and time will be treated as a no-show and is fully non-refundableA no-show applies if:
The customer does not present themselves within the included waiting time
The customer cannot be contacted via the provided phone number
Incorrect or incomplete booking details (e.g. missing/incorrect flight number) are providedFlight Delay Policy
Flight delays are handled based on the official landing time and the flight number provided at booking:
- Up to 60 minutes delay:
No additional charge - 61–180 minutes delay (1–3 hours):
Subject to an additional waiting/re-scheduling fee - More than 180 minutes delay (>3 hours):
Treated as a cancellation of the original service
Full charge applies
