  • Passengers under the influence of alcohol/drugs or behaving dangerously may be refused transport.
  • You are responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Routes and timings may be adjusted due to roadworks, heavy traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

The standard departure point is Luggi´s Bistro, Alpseestrasse 6, 87645 Hohenschwangau

From Neuschwanstein Castle, you can walk, take the shuttle bus, or use a horse carriage to reach Hohenschwangau Village and walk to Luggi´s Bistro, which is on the same side of the street as the Ticketcenter right beside Hotel Alpenstuben.

Luggage and strollers are possible on request but space is limited and an additional fee may apply.
